Our return policy is valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of product delivery and is applicable only for manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or damaged products. The start date of the time frame is determined by the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
To initiate a return/exchange/replacement, please provide us with two images - one of the damaged part and one of the entire product - along with an unboxing video. You can send these to us at flytohastshilpi@gmail.com. Our Quality Assurance team will review the details to determine eligibility for return.
We will respond to your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product using our courier partners. This process typically takes 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it and initiate the refund process within 2-5 days. The refund will be reflected in your bank account.
Please note that the product must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product must be unused and in its original condition. You will be responsible for securely packing the product for return, as the courier does not provide packing services.
Refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse and can be made through Google Pay or Paytm.
